1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of vehicles, services, and any related products offered by Central Auto Sales Trading (“the Dealership”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing a vehicle, service, or product from us, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Vehicle Sales

Vehicle Availability

All vehicles are subject to availability. The Dealership reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any model at any time without prior notice.

Pricing

• Prices are displayed on the Dealership’s website and at our showroom.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• The final price will be confirmed at the time of sale and may include applicable taxes, registration fees, and optional add-ons.

Payment

Payment may be made using approved methods (cash, direct deposit, wire , manager check , financing, or other agreed methods). The Dealership reserves the right to refuse any payment method at its discretion.

Trade-Ins

Customers may trade in a vehicle as part of a purchase. Trade-in value will be determined by the Dealership based on the vehicle’s condition, market value, and other relevant factors.

3. Vehicle Financing

Financing is available through third-party financial institutions. Approval is subject to the lender’s credit assessment and terms. The Dealership is not responsible for financing decisions.

4. Vehicle Delivery

Delivery Process

Vehicles will be delivered once full payment or financing approval is complete. Delivery times may vary. The Dealership is not liable for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles prior to delivery. Once the vehicle is delivered and accepted, the Dealership is no longer responsible for visible defects not reported at the time of inspection.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

New Registration  Vehicles

• Some vehicles may include a warranty of one month or 1000 kilometers , while others may be sold “as-is.”

• Vehicles sold “as-is” carry no warranties, express or implied, except as required by law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Registration and Taxes

The Dealership will register the vehicle with GRA and pay applicable  fees unless otherwise agreed.

Insurance

It is the Customer’s responsibility to obtain and maintain adequate insurance coverage immediately upon purchase.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

The Dealership collects and stores personal data as part of the sales and service process. All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Customers consent to the use of their contact information for promotional purposes unless they explicitly opt out.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Guyana (GRA jurisdiction). Any disputes will be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or, if necessary, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
